Support policy and rules

Thanks for choosing our themes and using our support service. Please read these rules before using our support service.

A – We usually answer your questions in less than 24 hours from Mondays to Fridays. Most of our support staff are off on Saturdays and Sundays , so it takes more time to get an answer on those days.

B – We can not accept any customization request due to the amount of support request we are receiving. Customization request will count as freelance work and you can use freelance websites like to get help.

Following requests count as customization work:

  • Changing the layout of themes in a ways that is not promised on our demos.
  • WordPress Installation or other server configurations.
  • Fixing plugin compatibility issues that are not included in our themes.
  • Adding features to your themes that are not promised on our demos or pre sales questions.
  • Site immigration from one domain to another one.

C – We can not help you with websites that are not online.

D – When you want to send a ticket, please send us all the required information, so we can help you faster. In most requests, we need your website URL and login information.
