With APRESS theme you can easily add vertical navigation to the site. Simply go the header options and set the select the left or right navigation and choose for the various menu hover styles and the site is ready with vertical navigation. The vertical navigation can be set to scrollable or fixed directly from the theme options.
You can also use the extended sidebar to show vertical navigation using custom menu or any default WordPress widgets .
